the staff communicated really quickly through email. the location is pretty central, so it wasn't too loud!

The location IS amazing. I found the bed comfortable and slept very well. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. I also appreciated the spacious room, which allowed me to relax after a busy day.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and not as effective as i hoped.

My room included a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, convenient. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer was available, and the room was equipped with blackout curtains. The size of the room was adequate.

Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff provided clear directions to nearby attractions. The hotel offered luggage storage after checkout which helped a LOT. Very friendly.

The location was central, a plus for exploring the area.

My room had some problems. The air conditioning was barely functional and REALLY noisy, I could NOT sleep with it on. the shower was broken. Only the overhead rain shower worked.
